57. Unless you’re wearing a blazer, there’s no wrong time to roll up your sleeves. How high you choose to roll them says a lot about you.
P.S.:Â I myself, always roll-up to exactly the elbow for two reasons, because I want to show off my impress arms, and because I was told that’s how JFK always did it.
