New Crush: Karen Gillian

I’ll start with a confession:  I’ve been slacking on my Geek/Anglophile requirements and am just now getting into Dr. Who.  Yes, yes, years went by and instead of watching Dr. Who, I was watching Heroes instead.  Well, we all know which one of those really sucked.

Back to the point, though, as of last week’s State-side launch of Season 5, I have a very good reason to watch every episode from here out:  Amy Pond, as played by fantastic ginger Karen Gillian.

• and in a Sci-Fi series

What's up with Redheads?

Seriously, the redheads are bringing the heat these days. I think it’s a concerted efforts to try to break into my 5 and shatter the grip brunettes have held on me since the 8th grade.

(yes, previous to that I dated blondes only, but then I went through rehab and learned to love myself, but I digress…)

I stumbled across this amazing shot of Mrs. Borat earlier and had no clue the chick from Wedding Crashers was bringing sexy back to the Ginge population. Yowza, indeed!
